Critique
The book is written by Asef Umar Fakhruddinis good and an interesting, because the author  describeshis theory that completed with example and some quotations of a favorite teacher in developing countries. For example, “the good teacher is materialized of heart” by Barbara Dorff. She is from Texas.
In issue in this book, is relevant to book written by AndiYudha entitled "Kenapa Guru HarusKreatif?"And the book written by Prof. Yan.DR. Abd.RahmanGetteng entitled "Menuju Guru ProfesionaldanBer-etika". The two books also give the teaching methods to be adopted by a teacher if the teacherwant to b a professional.
AndiYudha said that a teacher should be creative, because it will deliver creative teachers have a wide range of ideas in presenting the material so that the teaching-learning process is not monotonous. Teaching and learning process will be more relaxed and the students did not feel bored. Such situations would be to bring the kids to absorb lessons better and impressive. Creative not only in terms of general materials, such as math or science.
However, creative in terms of religious knowledge should also be maximized so that children do not feel a phobia to study of religion (Islam).Because the science of religion is the science that should be prioritized and invested early. In his book, AndiYudha describe traits that creative teachers, among others, flexible, optimistic, respectful, deft, humorous, inspirational, gentle, disciplined, responsive, empathetic and friendly (Yudha, 2009).
Although the book that written by AndiYudha is good to read by all teachers, this book is more directed to play group teacher. The book is also very good for teachers or people who love to read picture books. AndiYudha presents his book in a simple language so easy to understand and not boring because it comes with pictures of funny cartoon. In addition, this book comes with quotations and a few words of the hadith scholars as well as laws on teacher training.
Similarly, Prof. DR. Abd.RahmanGetteng’s book explain some methods to be a good teaching and the teachers are more in professional and have high ethical values in the presence of young protege. Abd.Rahman said that the four competencies are regulated in Law No. 14 of 2005 on teachers and lecturers to support each other in strengthening the professionalism of teachers and lecturers. Competencies are competencies of education, personality, social, and professional (Getteng, 2009).
Abd.Rahman briefly describe his material, solid and clear by using a simple language. It is make usvery easy to understand. He also cites many words of the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah to support his argument. This book deserve to be read by all educators.
In conclusion, the contents of both books has the same issue in the book written by  AsefUmar Fakhruddin. One of the requirements to become a favorite teacher is a teacher must be creative and professional or ethical. It's all been described by Asef in his book as a whole, while AndiYudha and Abd. Rahman explained specifically. All three authors agree that a teacher must be able to attract the attention of their young proteges.theteachers must be creative, thoughtful, and ethical with professional.

Recommendation
Lastly, I want to say that the book I recommended to the teachers and prospective teachers in particular and to society at large, including parents. The book is very useful and provide motivation. Actually, this book not only motivateto remain steadfast in profession as a teacher, but also to live this life.
